On the seashore of the Bay of Biscay, at the picturesque, well-known village of Getaria, is located our house: ITSAS MENDI – Gutiziak, where we
elaborate our handmade canned anchovies, which derive from the
freshest fish of the season.

When you come to visit Getaria, you are kindly invited to visit our
workspace next to our shop, where you can watch how our female
co-workers prepare one by one the anchovy fillets, observing the
traditional usage meticulously.

Only so can this grand delicacy be produced, of such and such quality.
